• Design and calculations For all forms of production described, Metalcontenitori srl is able to perform all types of calculations (Design by Formula & Design by Analysis, Stress Analysis, CAE-FEM, etc.) general arrangement and construction details design, 3D - 2D Sketch. • Oversize transport by land, sea, with processing of paperwork and authorisations.
• Assembly using specialised and expert assembly teams.
• Surface treatments internal and external surface treatments using episodic, phenolic, polyurethane products, special anti-wear and/or temperature resistant coatings, etc.
• Ebonising / Tefloning in collaboration with partner companies, we supply tanks and metalworks coated with Ebonite, various Rubber, Teflon etc.
• Refractory Coatings We provide metalworks and tanks coated with refractory bricks and mortar, for blast furnaces and incinerators.
